Every few weeks Yumiko comes to Taube's apartment with all the ingredients, recipe and cooking utensils to make some amazing Japanese food. I was lucky enough to get to fill in for Richard in one of the cooking lessons. This time it was Japanese curry which was amazing!
There are 3 types of curry paste/powder which are used to give it a good flavour
Other ingredients along with meat and vegetables are - laurel leaf, dried chilli garlic and stock cubes.
The curry boiling away -it needs to cook for about an hour and it tastes best the next day.
